
Tips for strong Teeth
- Brush 2 to 3 times daily once after waking up and after taking food and never take any food/bed coffee without brushing the teeth.
- Neem sticks/powder/paste are best for long lasting teeth. Definite results guaranteed.
- Use Tongue scrapper and clean the tongue too while brushing to avoid Bad smell/breaths.
- Do not take stuffs too hot or too cold. Because too much hold/cold affects and weakens the root part of the teeth.
- Infected/ruined teeth must be removed as early possible or otherwise it will infect others too.
- A strong teeth requires rich amount of calcium.
- Wash the mouth with salt and hot water daily to prevent teeth infections.
- Eating Sugar cane (not juice) will improve the strength of teeth and gums.
- Those who use false teeth sets/clips, should keep it clean and washed in a daily basis.
- Tobacco/Pan chewers will have to loss their teeth in early age itself.
- Tulsi leaves can be mixed with hot water and kept in mouth for few minutes yields pleasant and fresh smell from the mouth.
- Cloves are good for teeth. Teeth painers can keep it in their mouth to get pain relief. Cloves also provide scented breath.
- Mostly Ulcer patients will have bad breath and smell from the mouths. They can use the above trick to get rid of bad breaths. Mouth freshners can be used if it doesn't contain any chemicals.
- Acidity in the stomach is also main reason for Bad smell from mouth. Drink more water everyday and that really helps.
