Following the below steps regularly will yield definite structured body for men and women within a month's time.
  • For reducing the fat, basically the food quantity should be reduced.

  • Never go to sleep right after taking the food. Should go to bed atleast after 2 hours.

  • Avoid milk, cheese for fat loss.

  • Fried items need to be avoided.

  • Prevent drinking Coffee, tea frequently and instead take fresh fruit juices.

  • Avoid eating cashews, groundnut, sauce, sweets, butter, and any milk related items.
