Most of us at least once in our life try to do practice of Meditation and when we sit for meditation, the moment we close our eyes so many thoughts start coming in our mind, because they are composition of our mind and therefore they will come. Since it is nature of the mind but we instead of let them come, we try to control the mind. That's where everybody is making the mistake and creates conflicts in our mind, instead of getting peace of mind and we start spending more and more time in meditating to resolve this state of mind, and it goes on.

This shows our understanding of Yoga of Meditation. We think in Meditation if we are concentrating on the rose, only rose should be there, but the purpose of a mantra, the purpose of concentration, of Pranayama, of Yoga, is not to suppress the mind; it is to explore the mind. Everything must come out: Past memories, visions of the future, all your problems, all that you know, all that you can think about must come out. This is the practice of Pratyahara. Practices of Pratyahara give good foundation and understanding how to progress in the practice of Meditation and relaxation.

Beauty Tips for Hair Maintenance

Generally all females will have conscious for long hair.So for making your hair to be more attractive, it has to be well maintained.The Hair fall is mainly because of body heat, tension, usage of some cheap shampoos. Moreover, the usage of combs, the pills/tablets are also the main reason for hair fall.Basically, ladies hair are classified in to four types.
1) Normal hair
2) Oily hair
3) Dry hair
4) Dull hair

1) Normal Hair:
This type of hair would be neither dried nor oily with shining and pure in nature.Those who have this type of hair need not bother much.Just to maintain the hair normally is enough.

2) Oily Hair:
Looks more oily. The hair shall contain Dust and dirty.So those who are having this type of hair should take bath with lemon/shikakai mixed shampoos.Moreover if they use megandhi pack once in a month, can get good results.

Oily hair holders should follow the below instructions carefully.
1) They don't need to apply oil directly.
2) Should drink lot of water.
3) Fried food should be avoided.
4) Should not comb for long time.
5) Should use Vinegar and lemon while taking bath.
6) Should rinse the hair with 2 lemons + tea leaves + water shall yield shining hair with no-oily.
7) Mix up and apply in hair with 1 cup Megandhi leaves + 2 cups of curd + 1 Egg + 1 lemon and wait for half an hour and then take bath. If this is followed once per month, the Oily hair will be totally cured.

3) Dry Hair:
This type of hair will be dried and will be broken.It also look like brownish. This type of hair holders should be more careful in maintaining their hair.Dry hair holders should do oil massage frequently. Meaning, they should take strong massage with hot coconut oil and Olive oil for about 10 to 20 mins daily.Because of this, the blood circulation is increased and body heat can be controlled. They can use Egg shampoo or Gooseberry shampoo.
Dry hair holders should follow the below instructions carefully.
1) Dry hair holders can use gingelly oil, hibiscus oil for massaging.
2) After bath, rinsing the head with Black Vinegar and lemon shall yield good results.
3) Stir egg with milk cheese and apply in head for atleast twice in a week can give very good results.
4) Egg shampoos are better than any other ordinary ones.
5) Apply heated gingelly oil in the head and wait for half an hour.Then if you take bath in hot water, shall give good results.
4) Dull Hair:
These types of hair will be very weak in nature and highly broken/falling. The reasons for this type are travelling in hot sun frequently, untime diets, bath in salty water.These type of hair holders should not comb after taking bath/applying oil. Since the root of the hair will be very weak, hair fall/baldness is common. They should apply oil massage atleast for every week.Moreover they should take more curry leaves in their food.
Dull Hair holders should follow the below instructions carefully.
1) Vitamin E pills/foods are necessary for them.
2) Gooseberry should be crushed with milk, boiled and apply in hair. This is the best solution for Balded head/hair fall.
3) Greeneries should be included with noon dinner.
4) Megandhi leaves/Curry leaves should be mixed well with equal amount of boiled coconut oil will give the best result for shiny and long hair.
