Diet Tips for Healthy Body maintenance

Below are some of the Do's and Don'ts for healthy maintenence of the Body. Also the below points applies to both men and women. Following these points systematically and regularly can yield definite high merits to your body. Diet mainly involves two factors namely Time and quantity. That is Quality food must be taken in proper time with proper quantity as per the capacity of the individuals and not does that mean swallowing everything whatever seen and what not. Ideally food is the medicine and not in converse.

  • Try to avoid Oily foods and especially already used oils.
  • Try to avoid Fatty veggies like Potatoes, Cauli flower, etc since they result in high colestrol.
  • Try to avoid Non-Veg items as it increases colestrol, blood pressure, heart disabilities.
  • Eating beef in regular basis will result in memory loss, loss of IQ, etc...
  • Take more vegetarian items like Carrot, Beet root, etc...
  • Taking one Gooseberry is equivalent to the nutrition strength of taking 3 apples.
  • Onion, Drumstick and its leaves helps in generating/inducing $exual harmones in the body.
  • Date fruit has rich iron content which helps in maintaining the body stronger.
  • Mostly all Dals help in giving Protein, starch, Vitamins to the body.
  • Taking Urad dal more will lead to Deafness.
  • Consuming tobacco items will result not only cancer but causes nervous disability and subsequently paralysis.
  • Taking milk after taking full mango fruit shall result in generating new blood in the body.
  • Taking fruits, greeneries(baaji), fiber related items in daily basis will maintain your body the Best.
  • One or two banana after night dinner shall help in smooth digestion in the body.
  • Methi seeds + butter milk will help in reducing the body heat tremondously.
  • Very limited content of beer per week is somwhat ok. But need to reduce that too.
  • Never go with pills for Body health improvement.
